When we head out to such events, we are always looking for something tasty to eat and drink that we haven’t tried before. Good news as The Big Feastival has on-site cooking, grilling and plenty more on offer over the weekend.

The likes of Fundy Pizza and Made of Dough will be making fresh pizza, while burgers will be provided by Smokestak, Patty and Bun and Other Side Fried. There will be kebabs from Oli Baba’s and paella from the Paelleria. For seafood lovers, there will be a range of offerings from Claw and salads from Ink Squid Bar.

For light bites, there will be Alex James’ Cheese Hub with an all-day cocktail bar open to wash it all down. Those with a sweet tooth haven’t been forgotten, with Crema Caravan, South East Cakery, Waffle Float and more at the event.

Star chefs will not be lacking at this Oxford food festival. To name just a few: Jamie Oliver, Candice Brown, Gizzi Erskine, Tom and Henry Herbert, Michelin-starred Nathan Outlaw, Jozé Pizarro, Rick and Jack Stein, Olia Hercules will all be making an appearance.

The NEFF Big Kitchen stage will host some of the aforementioned chefs as they will teach you the ropes and techniques they use at their acclaimed restaurants. The Cookaholics Cookery School will offer further culinary lessons for food lovers. They will give lessons on key food skills, like how to make bread, fillet a fish and make fresh pasta.

Family-friendly activities, including meeting Marshall from Paw Patrol. Going on a vintage funfair or doing something creative at Crayons & Crafts are another fun things to do. There will also be workshops from Tom Fool’s Tree House and one can buy treasures at the likes of the Lifestyle Village.

Last, but not least, The Big Feastival 2017 has on-site music entertainment. There will be a wide range of singers and bands to accommodate people’s tastes. Olly Murs, White Eskimo, Leadley, Gospeloke, Alice Jemima, Hugo Valentine and The Cribs, being only a few to mention.
