How do I reset my password?
Click on the forgot your password link and we will email you a pin to reset your password. Once you receive this pin, enter it in the following screen in the app.
How do I share my design?
You can share your design with another VR Gardens account by going to the saved designs page and clicking share. Or it can be done by clicking info then share.
On desktop and web app: enter the email address for the other VR Gardens account and they will get a notification that you’ve shared a garden with them.
On mobile: you’ll be taken to the standard sharing options for your device. There, you can select the one you want to share to. This will generate a link and anyone who clicks on that will be able to access a copy of your design.
The next time they log in they will see a pop-up in the app asking them if they would like to add this to their gallery.
How do I unlock everything?
If there are designs or items which you want to use but cannot access, then you will need to upgrade your VR Gardens account. You can find more information about account tiers and pricing here.
What devices can I use the app on?
VR Gardens is available on the Google Play store here. It will be available as a download for Windows and Mac, as a web app for all major desktop browsers and as an iOS mobile app very soon.
I try to use the web app on my phone but I get an error message.
This is because the browser (web app) version of our app will only work on desktop browsers. We will be releasing mobile versions soon. Please note that Unity WebGL is not currently supported on mobiles.
Why can’t I log in?
Please double check the spelling of your email address and password. If this does not work, try the forgot your password link. If you’re still having issues then you can contact support here.
What is VR Mode?
VR Mode means virtual reality mode. It allows you to see your design in virtual reality with the use of a VR headset or on a VR-enabled mobile device.
Can I use VR Mode on my mobile device?
If you have a VR-compatible Android phone it will work. Support for VR on iOS phones is coming soon.
What mobile devices are VR-enabled?

What VR headsets run VR Gardens?
The headsets that support VR Gardens are the Oculus Rift consumer edition and any Cardboard VR device for mobile. To see PC requirements for the Oculus Rift headsets, please visit www.oculus.com

I don’t want to download an app, can I use it in a browser?
Yes, you can play VR Gardens in most desktop browsers.
I tried to use the web app on my mobile device but got errors.
VR Gardens is built using the Unity platform, which is not supported on any mobile browsers. To use VR Gardens on a mobile device, which is coming soon, download our iOS app or our Android app.
How do I know the measurements are correct?
We have fully tested our algorithm in conjunction with our measurement feature, and are confident in the results. We believe we are 95% accurate, however we do advise all users to double-check measurements before starting any construction activities.

How do I cancel my subscription?
If you signed up for your subscription through the Google Play Store open the app or go to play.google.com and then: Menu > Account > Subscriptions > Select Cancel on VR Gardens.
It is not currently possible to use the subscription payment method in our iOS iPhone app.
If you signed up for your subscription through the dekstop app or web app there will be details in your receipt email. Or you can email email@example.com and we’ll handle it for you.
What are bundles?
Bundles are themed 3-item packs that you can purchase to add to your garden design. Once they’ve been purchased they will be added to the item categories in your app or you can find them again through the bundles shop.
I keep getting notifications from the app, how can I stop them?
You can manage your notifcations by clicking on the user profile at the top right of the app home page.
